Amendment One
Amendment One issued to provide notification to potentially interested
parties that a NAICs code appeal w as filed with the United States
Small Business Administration Office of Hearings and Appeals on June
26, 2009, Docket No. NAICS-2009-06-25-30. A copy of the Notice and
Order is attached. This appeal is limited to the NAICS for the
Acquisition Support Capability Group. No other Capability Groups have
been appealed.
RFP issued June 17, 2009 and proposals are due August 17, 2009.
